THE PROBLEM
Scaling Change Without a System
DWM was managing multiple, overlapping technology initiatives — each with different audiences, timelines, and complexity levels. Without a unified system, information lived across disconnected tools and formats. Every new initiative required starting from scratch.
Context over abstraction
Workflows over isolated features
Guidance over explanation

THE SYSTEM
Four Components. One Operating Model.
designed and built each layer — intake logic, information architecture, governance workflows, and a staff-wide digital identity system. Together they replaced a fragmented, start-from-scratch approach with a repeatable operating model for every initiative that followed.
THE SYSTEM
One Initiative.
Three Audiences.
One Source of Truth.
Three audiences. Zero duplicated content. The framework I designed meant that when an initiative updated, every stakeholder version updated from a single source — executive summaries, technical briefs, and field guides all stayed in sync without a separate maintenance process.

Selected internal branding, communications, and identity work across DWM.
FROM SYSTEM TO EXECUTION
Built Once. Deployed Everywhere.
The system didn't live in a deck — it ran across SharePoint hubs, email rollouts, onboarding materials, change announcements, and training tools. Eight departments. Multiple active initiatives. No starting from scratch.
OUTCOMES
Infrastructure That Scales
Behind every rollout was training material most people never traced back to a designer. Field workers, PMO staff, and technical teams across 70+ people received guidance that translated complex technology changes into clear, actionable steps. The work was invisible. The adoption wasn't.
